The story of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban video game revolves around Azkaban.
Azkaban is the wizarding prison. A dangerous prisoner Sirius Black has escaped from Azkaban.
You will also see Black is guilty of charge of a criminal offence of the murder of thirteen people nearly thirteen years ago.
The real murderer is Peter Pettigrew. He is an Animagus who has taken the form of a rat and hiding in the disguise of Ron's pet rat Scabbers.
When Sirius and Remus Lupin discovers he is an Animagus they are about to kill him but Harry requests them to turn Pettigrew over to the Ministry of Magic.
In the full moon Lupin transforms into werewolf form. Pettigrew takes advantage of this situation and turns into his Animagus form, and escapes into the Forbidden Forest.
The gameplay shows again that Voldemort is not present but his servants are making ways to bring him back to power.
This leaves the end slightly unresolved, paving way for the fourth release of Harry Potter story.
The best aspect of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban game is that you play all three of the primary characters: Harry Potter, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger.
